WHO WE ARE

Clare Stephen, Founding Director

LLB (Hons), DipLP, CIPD.

Hello I’m Clare! I founded Wild Workforce because connecting with nature is one of the best things we can do to help us feel and perform better. After years of working in demanding roles in law, employee relations and HR, I suffered “burn out” and knew that stress was somehow involved . I’m now a Mentally Healthy Workplace Trainer with Public Health Scotland and a freelance Green Health coach & CPD trainer. I qualified as a Level 3 Forest School leader in 2019 and have developed professional courses and outdoor education projects in the public, private and third sectors. I am a mediator, mindfulness graduate, member of OWLS Scotland and the Green Health learning network. I have Mental Health and Outdoor First Aid certificates and dual PVG membership. I live near beautiful Kinnoull Hill in Perth.
