Developing outdoor spaces  – free and evidence based!

Many employers and groups either own or have access to outdoor greenspaces which could be used to support wellbeing and develop resilience outdoors. Tarps can be erected for outdoor meetings, team meetings can incorporate mindful practice, trees can be used for outdoor games and spaces can be created to encourage staff networks and groups to spend time in greenspaces.

Wild Workforce is able to support the use of outdoor spaces, support site risk assessments and offer managers 1:1 coaching in using outdoor spaces and developing practical skills to support wellbeing & resilience. This can be a fun, cost-effective way to support early intervention and empower others to develop skills, access nature, play games and encourage talking about mental health at work.
