Team Building, Five Ways to Wellbeing, Bush-craft for Beginners and Resilience at Work (CPD) - 3 hour workshops

These unique, fun and inspiring workshops are run from the woodland hut on Kinnoull Hill, Perth and the Stables workshop on Falkland Estate in Fife. 

CONNECT: The workshops are a brilliant way to connect with colleagues and with nature which supports both physical and mental health!

BE ACTIVE: Movement and games outdoors release natural hormones which helps combat stress, boost self-esteem and increases productivity!

LEARN: Learning about wellbeing and resilience at work and developing new skills through experience improves self-esteem and motivation! 

TAKE NOTICE: Mindful practices such body, breath and sense awareness reduce stress and supports better emotional regulation at work.

GIVE: Showing compassion and gratitude towards yourself, colleagues and the environment is proven to reduce stress and anxiety.

Using the Five Ways to Wellbeing model, these unique, fun and inspiring workshops are held in the beautiful grounds of Lauriston Castle, Edinburgh and the stunning forests of Falkland Estate in Fife.

RESILIENCE at WORK

3 hours CPD

Duration: 3 hrs 

FOR WHOM: Professionals who require CPD,  SLT’s, Managers and Team Leaders (4-15 participants)

COST: All inclusive fixed rate (flexibility for 4-15 participants). Discounts & offers available. Contact clare@wildworkforce.com to discuss requirements and costs.

INCLUDED: Venue hire, morning coffee/tea, (light lunch optional), resource pack, gift & CPD certificate.

BRING: Warm waterproof outdoor clothing, waterproof trousers (if you have them), outdoor footwear, bottle of water, any medications.  Workshops will not be cancelled in the event of rain – covered / indoor spaces are available in adverse weather.

ABILITY: Participants should be able to spend several hours outdoors (in all weather!) and walk approx. 2/3k (with breaks) along rough paths with some steps. Please contact Clare to discuss any adjustments to make the workshops inclusive accessible to all.

GOALS

To develop understanding, skills and awareness to promote positive wellbeing and develop resilience in the workplace using the Five Ways to Wellbeing model.  To support effective learning outcomes by using outdoor environments and blended learning methods.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
  • Greater understanding of the dimensions of wellbeing, the mental health continuum, work related stress, the circle of influence, HSE talking toolkit, the Mindful Business Charter & 5 Ways to Wellbeing and their relevance to the workplace.
  • Greater confidence and skills to support wellbeing and resilience at work using the Five Ways to Wellbeing Model.
  • Greater workplace emotional intelligence, self-awareness and ability to reflect reflection using the Five Ways to Wellbeing model.
