WHO WE ARE

Wild Workforce

Clare Stephen, Founding Director

LLB (Hons), DipLP, CIPD.

Hello! I’m a Mentally Healthy Workplace Trainer with Public Health Scotland and a freelance Green Health & CPD trainer. Through my work in Law, HR, Employee Relations and the third sector I have helped people through challenges caused by conflict and stress. I qualified as a Level 3 Forest School leader in 2019 as I was fascinated at how being outdoors improves mood and builds resilience. I have developed professional courses and outdoor education projects and believe that “experiential” learning is effective and fun! I am a mediator, mindfulness graduate, member of OWLS Scotland and have Mental Health and Outdoor First Aid certificates and dual PVG membership. I live near beautiful Kinnoull Hill in Perth with my husband, children and two cats!
