🌱 Natural movement for strength, balance & healthy aging

CONNECT
Connecting with each other and with nature builds relationships, strengthens communities, reduces social isolation and promotes positive mental health! It also makes us more likely to look after our green spaces.

BE ACTIVE
Time outdoors encourages physical activity - whatever our age or fitness levels! Parks, forests and natural environments are ideal for games and movement for healthy aging.

LEARN
The outdoors provides the perfect space to learn and experience how our own physical and mental health can be supported by nature. Learning new outdoor skills improves confidence and self-esteem.

TAKE NOTICE
Noticing the beauty in nature reduces stress and allows us to become more mindful of our own wellbeing. Being aware of our breathing and senses and cultivating compassion and gratitude are simple ways to boost our health!

GIVE
Giving and being kind - to ourselves, others and to the environment is proven to benefit overall health and can make us happier and more connected to our natural habitats.
